before deciding to use your service?
Yes, the full version of a Highlights DVD from another couple
can be sent to you, on request.
What type of camera do
you use?
Your wedding will be captured on a Sony High Definition
widescreen camera. All footage is recorded on High Definition
Mini-DV cassettes which are available for purchase.
Do you carry backup
equipment?
For your peace of mind, a spare Sony High Definition camera is
carried on the day in the unlikely event of technological
issues. This camera records in the same quality as the master.
Are your filming
methods unobtrusive and considerate of guests?
Yes, you and your guests’ enjoyment is of paramount concern to
us. Vistech Solutions prides itself on capturing the natural
moments of your wedding day, with a candid and unobtrusive
approach.
Do you use a wireless
microphone and video lighting?
Yes, a wireless microphone is discretely attached to the groom
in order to improve audio during the ceremony. Additionally, a
diffused video light is available during low light situations
and is used sparingly to avoid causing discomfort to you and
your guests.
Do I choose the music
I want?
Yes, all music used including that on the Highlights Feature,
menu system and picture slideshows is chosen by you.
When do I have to pay
for my wedding video? How can I pay?
A
deposit of $300 is collected at time of your booking and is
non-refundable within three months of your wedding date. The
remaining amount is due at least one week prior to your wedding
date. If you choose to purchase additional DVDs after the
wedding date, an invoice of any additional charges will be
posted with your final package. Payments can be made in the form
of cash, bank cheque, money order or bank deposit. Please

How long will it take
to produce the DVDs?
This depends on you! In order to complete editing, we require a
CD of your chosen music and still photos. After these have been
received, there is generally a three week turn around on the
complete production.
What attire does the
videographer wear?
Your videographer will be dressed to match your guests, in
formal attire.
